I felt: Better than over the weekend. Slept better, and not stressing about the work issue as much.
I slept: 8 3/4 in 4 chunks - really needed it.
I worked out: 45 minutes of stepping with Kari Anderson's Go.
I ate: 145g biscuits, 70g chocolate - total 215g :/
I am grateful for: Public transport - my son loves it, so it was a good way to spend the morning. I ate breakfast at a bus stop, then we got on a bus. Got off when he got bored, walked a bit, then caught the underground home :)
Tuesday
I felt: Stressed again. Meeting with the person who's leaving was a very cold thing.
I slept: 8 1/4 hours in 6 chunks - not as bad as it sounds, as at least once I woke but didn't even get out of bed, which I normally always do.
I worked out: 47 minutes of cardio-kickbox and weights with Cathe Friedrich's Hard Strikes. My DH came in part way through and took the mickey out of those pink boxing gloves :D
I ate: 12g biscuits after lunch, about 130g brownie and mango sorbet after dinner, then 85g chocolate - total 227g :(
I am grateful for: Being pregnant being accepted as an excuse, so I didn't have to stay up til midnight ;)
