I slept: 7 1/2 hours
I worked out: 27 minutes of yoga in the early morning, and 36 minutes of Allie del Rio's Hardcore Fusion Express, which I did with 2.5k weights for "heavy", and 2k for both "medium" and "light", as well as adding in 1k weights for the cardio bursts, seeing as I did the low-impact variations.
I ate: 65g biscuits after dinner - yay! Being so stressed I felt sick at least had one up-side.
I am grateful for: My DH, who was loving and supportive.
