I felt: Rather tired, though the workout did energise me for a while.
I thought: About what I'm looking for in a birthing partner. Will have to speak with my DH about this - if he's really not into it, I could always ask my mum...
I slept: 7 1/2 hours in 5 chunks. I think my restlessness was because I knew I was taking my son into hospital today. Once again, it was just some tests, but I still get nervous *doh*
I worked out: After seven days straight of working out with the Firm, today I decided it was time for some straight-up cardio, no weights. So, I did the whole of Kari Anderson's Hot Steps - 58 minutes. The sun was shining, and I got a bit hot - had to damp myself down once. Another of the joys of being pregnant, the body's natural cooling system doesn't work as well!
I ate: 32g biscuits after lunch, then 159g biscuits and 37g chocolate. Total 228g :( I blame two bad nights sleep in a row.I am grateful for: The promise of sleep over the weekend.
