Yoga and Exercise

I felt: Quite energised. I wrote a birth plan, booked antenatal classes, and saw my obstetrician. Also felt good when I weighed-in at the hospital - I haven't put on any weight in the last fortnight, even though the baby is growing well, and has increased from the 70th centile to the 77th. So, that counts as a slight weight loss for me :)

I thought: About my fear-based thinking, and did a reading on it.

I slept: 8 1/4 hours in 4 chunks.

I worked out:  30 minutes of yoga around 7.30am, then 64 minutes of cardio-sculpting with the Firm's 500 Calorie Workout. I had given myself permission to just do a bit of it, but I really enjoyed the workout, so carried on to the end. I think this is classified as a pink Firm, and although I got slightly muddled a couple of times, it wasn't badly enough to drop my heart rate or my enjoyment :)

I ate:  Not good! 23g biscuits after lunch, then 112g chocolate and 80g biscuits after dinner. Total 215g.

I am grateful for:   Feeling fit and strong.

  1. It sounds like you've been really getting your birth stuff planned out. Congrats! I hope you have lots of love and support at this one. Hugs.

    1. Thanks, MM! My DH was an absolute rock last time round, and though I know he's nervous, too, I trust him to be there for me :)
