Nighttime Yoga

I felt: Pretty good.


I thought: About the good feeling of finishing projects, and how much I'd like to support people I feel are doing worthwhile things.


I slept: 6 1/4 hours in 3 chunks.....


I worked out: 30 mins yoga self-practice at 4.30am.  Later, I did 53 minutes of belly dancing with Kathy Smith's Flex Appeal. I have to say, this is not one of her best dvd's. She obviously has very little experience belly dancing, and doesn't manage half the moves herself. Still, it's a mellow workout and I didn't feel like doing anything strenuous today anyway. However, I can shimmy better than she can, and I even think my camels were better, which is saying a lot as I struggle with them big time!

I ate:  100g choc, 79g choc biscuits, 82g lemon tart - 261g - meh!

I am grateful for:  An understanding companion - forgave me for going to bed at 9.15pm.

    1. Well, it is a bit spoil-sporty. Can't do much of an evening if it ends so soon - we haven't watched a movie in ages, for example.

      And yes, it's a real relief to have finished :) Now I can move on to other things :D
