Tidy Up

I felt: Virtuous. I got up in the early hours and cleared out one of my filing cabinets. I was originally just looking for a paper on one of my son's bits of equipment, for help with moving it to the new house. I ended up clearing out paperwork, some of it dating back to the nineties!


I slept: 7 3/4 hours in 4 chunks - including a 45 minute nap after the clear out :)

I worked out:  41 minutes of Emily Walsh's Burn and Shape. Certainly got a sweat up, using 4k for heavy, 3k for medium, 2k for light, and 1k for the cardio sections!

I ate:  19g biscuits after lunch. Then, my mum and a friend of hers came to visit, and brought a chocolate cake, so I had about 100g of that for "tea", and another 95g after dinner, chased down with 15g of Minstrels. Total 229g :(

I am grateful for:  The cake being nearly finished.
