I felt: Tired, but relieved to have a bit of time for work as my son was back at school.
I slept: 7 1/2 hours in 5 chunks - meh!
I worked out: 47 minutes of cardio-kickboxing with Jeanette Jenkins. Not sure how good the kicking stuff is for me at the moment, with my pelvis being affected by all the Relaxin flowing through my body. Still, I enjoyed the punches, and the weights section.
I ate: 29g chocolate after lunch, 135g of cake and biscuits after dinner - total 164g :/
I am grateful for: The ability to workout.
