I felt: Pretty excited and determined to finally get my acrylics out, which I did.
I thought: About the years of practice I have failed to put into drawing and painting. On the other hand, I've worked out almost daily for about two decades now...
I slept: 9 hours in 3 chunks - yay!
I worked out: 32 minutes of yoga and 37 minutes of step with Cathe Friedrich's Low Impact Circuit.
I ate: 64g biscuits, 60g cake and 57g chocolate - total 181g.
I am grateful for: Exercise in its manifold forms.
