Friday Feeling

I felt: Enthused, working on a project I've been putting off for months, but suddenly it feels right and is flowing...

I thought: About how beautiful the autumn colours still are.

I slept: 8 hours in 4 chunks.

I worked out:  28 minutes of yoga and 37 minutes of step with Kari Anderson's Hot Steps.

I ate:  92g chocolate and 70g biscuits - 162g, but worse than if it had been all biscuits...

I am grateful for:  A wonderful partner.
