So… Saturday

I felt: Kind of energised, been working hard on a project that I started a long time ago, but want to re-visit. When my attention is caught, I can be a bit too single-minded - good for the project, not so good for my Christmas shopping plans.


I thought: It's funny, although I think of myself as pretty Queen of Swords-y, this is often the hardest section for me to fill in...


I slept: 8 1/2 hours in 3 chunks.


I worked out:  51 minutes of step and weights with Cathe Friedrich's Body Fusion, then 25 minutes of yoga later in the day.


I ate:  45g of biscuits after lunch (tut-tut), 60g biscuits, 61g chocolate and 39g cake after dinner (ditto). Total 205g :(

I am grateful for:  Time to focus on work, ironically.
