I thought: "Of course, there's nothing I can do about all this at 2am, so why worry about it?" Sadly, neither logic nor meditating helped :(
I slept: 7 1/4 hours in 4 chunks
I worked out: 30 minutes of step with Nekea Brown. She doesn't go all the way through the combinations at the end, seems like someone said to her suddenly, "Time's up!" Still, it's fun, and low impact. Then, 25 minutes of weights for arms with Jessica Smith's Better Body Blast. I'm enjoying these mix-and-match workouts :)
I ate: 22g biscuits after lunch, then 140g brownie AND 68g biscuits after dinner *doh* Total - 230g.

I know you love working out, but how about working out for 30 minutes and having a nap for 30 minutes?
ReplyDeleteBah, if I don't have at least an hour and a quarter potential nap time I don't even bother, as I so often struggle to fall asleep, even when I'm really tired. Plus, I figure if I work out I'll be more relaxed anyway...
