I felt: Tired, achey and snotty. Yep, we all caught something either from someone at the party, or on transport :(
I thought: Nothing particularly important.
I slept: 7 and 3/4 hours in 4 chunks.
I worked out: 45 minutes of Ellen Barrett's Fusion Flow - no weights on this one, as I wanted something mellow and not too sweaty given how pants I felt.
I ate: Approx 100g muffin (forgot to weigh it) and 25g choc chip cookie.
I am grateful for: Lemsip.

Fortunately, it seems to have been a quick, summer bug - I'm feeling much better today :)
