I felt:  Annoyed.  I got up after what should have been a good night's sleep to find I still have dark rings under my eyes.  It seems like no matter how long I sleep, I still look and feel tired.
I thought:  About my beliefs around deity, but that's a post for tomorrow and a different blog :)
I slept:  8 3/4 hours in 4 chunks.
I worked out:  22 minutes of yoga as part of my Kali Sadhana.  Later, I did 41 minutes of step and weights work with Cathe Friedrich's Body Fusion - had to skip 10 minutes at the end because of loads of phone calls :(
I ate:  67g biscuits and 31g cake after dinner - total 98g - yay!
I am grateful for:  A new sense of discipline.

 
Sorry about your tiredness! You know, dark rings under the eyes can also be a common sign of food allergy...also known as allergic shiners. Pele had them pretty badly before we cut out gluten and dairy a few years ago. Something to consider! Hugs.
ReplyDeleteInteresting, I'd never heard that! I don't think I'm eating that differently to in the past when I didn't have dark rings, but it's certainly something to think about. Hope you're having a good weekend!

Very true! There can be multiple causes to things, and tiredness is probably the more likely culprit. Just a random thought! Hugs to you...xo
