Tuesday

I felt: Very stiff - I think from a neck massage I had on Monday :(


I thought: How important it is to spend some quality time with my beloved ;)


I slept: 8 1/4 hours in 3 chunks.


I worked out:  37 minutes of kickboxing with Cathe Friedrich's Cardio Kicks - an old-y but a good-y :)


I ate:  Way too much, again! Over the course of the day, about 210g biscuits and 105g cake - total 315g.

I am grateful for:   Quality time with my DH.

  1. Quality time huh. Watch out for that quality time. It causes belly swellage. :)
