I felt: A lot better than yesterday! I think meditating and doing a reading helped, and also just having less sugar in my system.
I slept: 8 hours in 4 chunks, including a half hour nap after I'd meditated.
I worked out: 45 minutes cycling on the static bike, followed by 10 minutes of stretching.
I ate: 32g brownie after lunch, then 120g brownie (from a different shop) after dinner. Total 152g :)
I am grateful for: A better day
