So, day 2, how did it go?
I felt: Busy and quite productive.
I thought: Some stresses with DH, and a few worries about my son, but overall quite positive.
I slept: 6 hours in 5 chunks
I worked out: 44 minutes of Cathe Friedrich's Low Max - a high intensity, low impact step workout with a kickbox flavour - love it!
I ate: A 100g chocolate brownie: delish :)
I think I have Low Max. My favourite from that time is the step-only premix of Low Impact Circuit. And my current favourite is Step Moves. Love that one so much!! :) Good old Cathe. She's a robot, you know. Nobody has abs that could deflect an oncoming bus at her age! (Not to mention all those press ups she can do. Wha!!)
ReplyDeleteHuh, the other day I thought I tried to find a step-only premix on Low Impact Circuit and couldn't (cos I'd love that, too). I can't do most of her non-low impact step things anymore, sadly, used to love Rhythmic Step... And yes, she must be a robot ;D
DeleteWell, now I'm doubting my sanity. I'm sure there is premix on there called Cardio Blast premix or something. Well, if nothing else, you can just pick up the remote and skip to the next chapter when she starts doing something you don't like. :)
DeleteYep, I just went and got the DVD. Go into the Premix menu and select 'Cardio Blast Timesaver 48.5 minutes'. It contains only step combos and blasts.
