I felt: Tired, and annoyed there's no sign of baby boy coming out. How dare he spoil my well-laid plans ;b
I slept: 7 1/2 hours in 4 chunks. Tried to go back to bed for a nap, but couldn't quiet my mind :(
I worked out: Nope!
I ate: 50g biscuits after lunch, then 70g brownie, 30g biscuits and 50g chocolate. Total 200g, but at least I'm tracking it again.
I am grateful for: The promise of acupressure and reflexology.
Oh, lovely! You're getting accupressure treatments? To start labor? Anyway, I am thinking of you, dear lady. I know you'll be great, and I don't blame you for being nervous and anxious. Just realize this feeling is normal. And keep adding those supports that make you feel more comfortable during this time. XOXO
ReplyDeleteWell, I'm doing the acupressure and moxibustion myself. My mum is a trained acupuncturist, so she told me where to press/heat to encourage labour :D Hasn't worked so far, though… Thanks for thinking of me! Hugs, Kxx
